QUICK TIP FROM THE TOP

You can grow your business TODAY. In fact, DynaMAXX CoFounder Jay Archer says it’s simple. “You don’t prejudge anyone, you talk to everyone and then you follow up!” Try it and see!

BUILD IT BIG

The answer to “succeeding” in possibly the fewest words ever.  Exact, step by step instructions that are so clear and concise, you’ll think, “Wow. I can do that!” and if you do, you’ll begin to see the results.

If you’ve been thinking, I know my business grows to the heights of my potential when *I* grow to the heights of my potential, then you need to know that the quickest, most pleasant way to grow is to read/listen to what other successful people have learned about success. There are a ton of books and CD’s out there that can help you do that—the genre is called “Personal Development.”

The incredible thing about Personal Development (PD) is that while the subject sounds tedious, those who have dipped their toe in have found it to be “just right!”

This week, we recommend you check out the quickest read we’ve discovered on success: just 56 short pages. (And some of those are title pages or have graphics on them!) The book is by DynaMAXX Life Coach Bryan Dodge, called Becoming the Obvious Choice. Click here to get your copy and start building stronger success today!

ASK THE DOCTOR

Q. I’m new to working out. Should I eat a little something before I work out or not, and if so, what?

A. This week we have an answer from both Dr. Carda and fitness expert, Life Coach Rhonda Roth!

Coach Rhonda: Before a morning workout, I recommend you eat some good carbs, like a peeled apple, small granola bar or piece of wheat toast. If it’s later in the evening you may not need to eat before your workout because you may already have enough carbs in your system to sustain your energy. Regardless of when your workout is, remember not to eat anything too heavy beforehand. More importantly, be sure to eat within 30 minutes AFTER working out. For that meal, I recommend both carbs and protein to replenish muscle tears and carb depletion.

Dr. Carda: Carb loading before a workout is fine. Remember, when you are carb-loading, you want good carbs--that means fruits and vegetables. Try fruit that are lower glycemic index less than 65 or so, so berries are perfect. If you ate fruit that has a higher glycemic index, like bananas or grapes, you could crash during a workout with more of a sudden insulin spike and then blood sugar drop. VERY IMPORTANT: don't forget to drink water-- and lot of it. I recommend around 20-40 oz prior to or during your workout. Follow up your workout with some protein, like nuts or peanut butter.

MAXX Spotlight Bryan Dodge: What’s So Funny?

Great humor and joy aren’t always associated with the words, “personal development.” In fact, the words themselves sound a little like serious business. But for Bryan Dodge, joy is the very reason personal development is so important; and for him, humor is an integral part of it.

Last fall, Bryan partnered with DynaMAXX to help fulfill the mutual goal of helping others have better lives. For him, this is as a natural partnership. Already the host of a radio show, Build a Better You, and an association with the Ziglar Corporation and Ziglar Success 2.0, Bryan is in demand by Fortune 500 companies like GE, Kraft, American Airlines, Mitsubishi and Xerox.

These executives at these companies appreciate the same things the DynaMAXX corporate team discovered in Bryan: a wealth of knowledge on how to be truly successful both personally and professionally. And the DynaMAXX team completely agrees with him—if you aren’t successful personally, all the professional success in the world will not make you happy.

Bryan consistently stresses the importance of keeping professional life and personal life in balance. And he practices what he teaches when he says that he goes home to his most important job: being an involved and dedicated father and husband. He and his wife, Margaret, have three children.

By providing Associates access to an excellent Life Coach and Personal Development expert like Bryan Dodge, the DynaMAXX executive team hopes that they can inspire Associates to help people around the world have a better quality of life.

GREG’S GEMS

I love to study the lives of individuals who made an impact through following their dreams.

One such person is Anne Frank, it is the anniversary of her birthday on June 12th. Her fame and life were brought into the public eye through a book that contained the diary she kept while in hiding to elude capture from the Nazis during Hitler’s reign. Ponder some of her words that she wrote during this time of seclusion.

“I finally realized that I must do my schoolwork to keep from being ignorant, to get on in life, to become a journalist, because that’s what I want! I know I can write ..., but it remains to be seen whether I really have talent ...

And if I don’t have the talent to write books or newspaper articles, I can always write for myself. But I want to achieve more than that. I can’t imagine living like Mother, Mrs. van Daan and all the women who go about their work and are then forgotten. I need to have something besides a husband and children to devote myself to! ...

I want to be useful or bring enjoyment to all people, even those I’ve never met. I want to go on living even after my death! And that’s why I’m so grateful to God for having given me this gift, which I can use to develop myself and to express all that’s inside me!

When I write I can shake off all my cares. My sorrow disappears, my spirits are revived! But, and that’s a big question, will I ever be able to write something great, will I ever become a journalist or a writer?” Anne Frank

She died a few years later after being captured and imprisoned in a concentration camp. Unknowingly her dream came to pass, her writings have been shared by generations of people and her words still live! She taught the world that the only the only person that can hold you captive is yourself, and that a legacy can be left by pursuing your dreams.

Break free from what holds you back!! Turn your dream into a legacy!!

Forever Strong,

Greg Petralia

Another $500 in an Associate’s Pocket

BOOST YOUR BUSINESS

Need a quick boost to your business? Then pop over and take a look at your Dynamaxx Virtual Office and see some of the new updated features.  Your retail customers now have the ability to select which day of the month that their autoship will run. At this time, this is only for customers (not Associates). They also have the ability to skip a single month if they wish to do so. These are changes are now available on the autoship settings tab.

QUICK TIP FROM THE TOP

“An excellent way to do the same amount of work, but get better results, is to change what you’re talking about. The individual ingredients of our products create some pretty great results, but you can lose your customer’s attention with too many details. So talk about our product benefits instead of talking about the each individual ingredients and see your team’s sales grow!” VP of Sales Greg Petralia

BUILD IT BIG

Have you ever wished you had a “slight edge” on succeeding? Not a huge one, just a small advantage that could make a difference in the results you get?  DynaMAXX CEO Bill Ladwig has found something you might want to check out!

“Recently our executive team was included in a conference that featured some of the top thought-leaders in our industry. It was absolutely awesome. The information was all real-time and relevant. One of the featured speakers—Jeff Olson—shared some truly inspiring thoughts.”

In fact, Jeff’s hour or so on stage wasn’t really enough. So Bill has been reading Jeff’s book, The Slight Edge Secret to a Successful Life. It comes in paperback and also on audio CD for drive-time. Click here to order.

In The Slight Edge, Jeff details:
  • How stats from the funeral industry forever changed how he makes his decisions

  • How understanding “invisible results” can change your life

  • How there are four basic steps to achieving your biggest dream

  • Exactly when the big, dramatic moment is, in reaching your goal

“I give The Slight Edge a very high recommendation. It’s absolutely a must-read for anyone who wants to know how to reach the dreams they’re dreaming. Jeff has a lot of credibility with me, because of all he has achieved in our industry—built several multi-million dollar organizations and also led corporate teams to huge success. I read the paperback, but the audio is just as good.”

ASK THE DR.

Q. I love the information on your videos. Can you recommend any other resources for me to learn more about eating healthy?

A. I’m happy to! One book I love is Dr. Don Colbert’s Eat This and Live. He and I share similar philosophies about nutrition. This brings me to a quick reminder. As you’re choosing what to eat each day, remember to purposefully include a selection of fresh, raw foods. Make your snacks crunchy veggies and try to choose lower-glycemic fruits (like berries) when you want something sweet.

$500 WINNER

Claire Landers is going on the DynaMAXX Dream Trip. And she’s going with an extra $500 in her pocket! This is your final week to qualify for the trip and the $500 drawing! Give your upline a quick call and make a strategy for joining us on the vacation of a life time—free!

Lose More Weight
How to Kick Into High Gear
The Trip Qualifier Who Won $500
Time from Sr. Mktg Assoc to Executive?

BOOST YOUR BUSINESS

You know hundreds of people who don’t need to lose a single ounce of weight. But they most likely do need to get more nutrients from the food they are eating. One of the most effective ways to do this is to give the digestive system what it needs to heal from the results of the Standard American Diet of processed foods. Good news! Now you can share the individually packaged Aloe Herbal Cleanse with these people! Be sure to read the “Ask the Doctor” section in this eNewsletter for more information on this cleanse!

QUICK TIP FROM THE TOP

You finally get the new curtains up right before Thanksgiving guests arrive. You (whew!) reach your goal weight (with a little help from DMX Life Coaches’ Challenge) right before your 20 year reunion. Deadlines cause you to kick into high gear. Knowing that, you’re empowered to take your business to the next level. Decide whether you’ll be motivated most by a monthly, weekly or daily deadline, and then SET THE DEADLINE.
  • By 7:30 pm today, I will follow up with 3 people I’ve shared our product with.

  • By every Saturday morning, I will have shared our product with 10 people.

  • By the 25th of each month, I will have shared with 30 people my personal experience with our product.

If none of those Deadlines are exactly what you have in mind, then make your own. But remember to give yourself the motivation and income producing activity inspired by a deadline!

BUILD IT BIG

In 1978, when Andy was 19, his mom died of cancer. Then, within months, his father died in an auto accident. Young and grieving, he began making choices out of pain. Choices that led to, among other things, being homeless. Where do you predict Andy will be in 20 years? If you guessed he’d be a best-selling author who has inspired millions, including four U.S. Presidents, you’d be right! And he has an important message for you, one that can help drive your DynaMAXX business as far as you want to go!

So how did this young man transform his life? You may not believe the answer. But it’s true. He read. That’s right; he read. He went to the library, and began to try to figure out how the great men and women of history became great. Was it destiny, he wondered, or did they do something? After reading 200 biographies, he was convinced: they did something. In fact, overall, each of them did 7 things. And those 7 things—those 7 simple things—changed the courses of their lives, and the lives of thousands of others.

Then, Andy did those 7 things. Now, instead of being homeless, he lives a life that serves millions. He is satisfied and happy that those 7 things enabled him to live a life beyond what he ever dreamed. He not only has fame and fortune, but he has a personal satisfaction that cannot be purchased.

What were those 7 things? They’re listed in a short book which DynaMAXX Vice President of Sales Greg Petralia recommends: The Traveler’s Gift by Andy Andrews. You can purchase it in print or audio here. http://www.amazon.com/Travelers-Gift-Decisions-Determine-Personal/dp/0785264280

Discover those 7 things, and change your life—and the lives of 1000s of others—for the better!

ASK THE DR.

Q. How does the Aloe Herbal Cleanse help me lose weight?

A. The Aloe Herbal Cleanse helps heal your digestive system, so that your body is able to get more nutrients from the food you eat, and digest foods better. Imagine a machine that has been “gunked up” by the sludgey processed foods that are the staple of our Standard American Diet. (And did you notice that the acronym is SAD?) For the machine to function well, you can’t just add new oil, you have to de-sludge it. I worked with DynaMAXX to formulate a cleanse that will help heal your digestive system, as well as work gently over several nights. The ingredients were chosen to help create an environment in your body that aids you in losing weight.

MAXX SPOTLIGHT-- TRIP QUALIFIER WHO WON $500

This week we put the spotlight on a young woman who won $500 in a drawing for our Dream Trip’s early qualifiers.

What’s as exciting as seeing a loved one’s healths improve? Not much. Nichole Puettman watched brokenhearted as her mom suffered through years of sleepless nights, low energy, pain and poor health. But no longer, “(DynaMAXX) products changed my parents’ lives! I have my mom back!” she says.

And seeing the difference they made, Nichole became an Associate in January 2011. She started by working part-time, but soon, her DynaMAXX business was creating as much income as her career as Floor Manager and Head Masseuse at a physical therapy clinic, “I called my dad, and told him ‘I’m retiring at 24!”

Qualifying for the trip was simply a matter of doing what she was already doing to build her business. “Honestly, I’m simply selling from my heart. I’m passionate about our products. There’s no “one liner” I can quote, I just talk about the products with enthusiasm—they’re really incredible!”

Nichole adds that she also has a dream she’s building from. “My husband and I just got married, and I want to know him even better. My dream is to bring him home and work with him. I love him, he’s a sweetheart and I missed him when I worked 8 hours a day!”

DynaMAXX is an excellent vehicle, one that will take you where you want to go when your dream is driving you.

Today’s challenge: Share the product with three people.

Tomorrow’s challenge: Call those three people to find out what they liked most about the product.

Day after tomorrow’s challenge: Call the people who hadn’t tried it yesterday, and ask them the same question.

Who Wants a Gift?

Isn’t it interesting how some people seem to experience lots of growth on their team, while others build more slowly? If you have a sincere desire to help others, then you’re in exactly the position you need to be for growth!

You can help others through the gift of our exceptional products—giving them the gift of better health, energy and rest. Build It Big

Do you know anyone who feels like he or she is "Nobody named Ordinary who lived in the Land of Familiar"? You probably already know that what they need is to have a dream. Something they are working toward, something that gives them the hope that seems missing in life right now.

But what dream? Or as some may ask, which dream? It’s absolutely crucial that the dreams we pursue be incredibly personal. What will be a dream to one may be a nightmare to another. But where do we start? What or which dream do we choose? The DreamGiver by Bruce Wilkinson can help! This book is available as an eBook, on audio and in print.

The book is fairly short, and is told in story format—great if you aren’t interested in slogging through page after page of complex jargon. Click here to order today.

Ask the Doctor

Q. I don’t understand why I can’t just lose weight by budgeting calories for the foods I like. It’s all about calories in and calories out, right?

A. Yes and no. It’s true that you do have to base your calorie intake on how many you will use in a day. (And don’t worry if you think there’s no way you can even eat, since you don’t exercise much. Your body uses some calories just from breathing, getting out of bed and showering.)

But remember that some calories carry toxins with them, as well as energy. Processed foods, such as bread, pasta, sugary sweets and even some lunch meats, don’t offer your body what it needs to thrive: good nutrition to nourish your cells as well as give you energy. Instead, it offers chemicals that may make your metabolism more sluggish and even affect how your body processes insulin.

Sure, a candy bar has about the same amount of calories as an apple + a banana + an orange. But the candy bar won’t nourish your cells (other than your fat cells) and it won’t offer your body fiber to aid in digestion.

So in addition to the fruit giving your body a greater volume of food than the candy bar does, it also ensures that your immune system has what it needs to help fight disease, helps your body eliminate waste and gives you more energy than the highly processed candy bar.

MAXX Spotlight

Troy Mock, Regional Director
Wife: Angel
Children: Bella, 2 ½ & Jaggar, 1
Profession: Construction Company owner + Network Marketer

A couple of years ago, Bill Ladwig contacted Troy to let him know he was planning something exciting—a new direct selling company. Years before, the two of them had built large teams as part of another network marketing company. Now, Bill and his business partner Jay Archer had an idea of how they could touch people all around the world, improving lives on a large scale.

Trusting the knowledge and experience of these two men, Troy trusted the business would be solid: well-planned, visionary and innovative. “When Bill called me to say the business was opening, I joined immediately. I was one of the very first DynaMAXX Associates.”

Troy was a rare individual; he actually understood what to look for in a network marketing business. “I have over 15 years experience in this industry; I’ve been a part of four different companies and built several teams of 50,000 to 100,000 people.” For others familiar with the direct selling industry, those numbers are reassuring. Four companies over 15 years indicates stability, while the size of the teams he has built demonstrates a solid ability to relate to people and demonstrate the efficacy of the business model.

But to Troy, it’s simply about helping people. “I love showing people with little or no experience in network marketing how to create annual incomes that exceed most CEO incomes. I love helping them own their lives; giving them time freedom, and even the ability  to read the menu from the left side, rather than checking out the price before deciding what they want to eat.”

Troy says that the team building principles he teaches are what makes it possible. But he adds that the DynaMAXX opportunity is the solid foundation required: solid, business-mind oriented leaders who have created the right company, at the right time, with the right products. “Today, we’re at the beginning of growth, which is an incredible opportunity for extraordinary success. We won’t always be able to say it’s the beginning. I recommend taking advantage of this unique factor while it’s here.”

Troy practices what he preaches. “I talk to about half a dozen people every day, following up on what I’ve shared with them.” What about finding people to share the vision with? To Troy, nothing could be more simple. “I basically use the three foot rule, if they look sharp, and they’re standing within reach, I just mention that they look sharp, and ask if they look for ways to make money.”

Troy does this while operating a construction business with offices in Houston, Austin, Dallas-Fort Worth and Oklahoma City. While he’s definitely busy, the chance to help others have renewed hope for a better life is a priority to him. “I know this can create opportunity for other families, because it’s done that for me and my family.”

People that had little or no experience in network marketing are using our team building principles to create annual incomes that exceed most CEO incomes. They stay home with their children, own their own life, have time freedom, and on occasion, read the menu from the left side.

BoosBusiness

Lauren White won $1000 this week! Will you be the next to win cash? You can be—just submit a five member team for the DMX 80 Day Challenge by midnight Sunday, and your team will go in a drawing to win $500!

Quick Tip From the Top

We all know people who are succeeding at building their DynaMAXX business. (Take a look at MAXX Spotlight!) And we also all know people who scornfully tell us, “I tried a business like that, and it didn’t work.”

There’s a very special ingredient to achieving success with this business model… and once you’ve mastered it, you’ll find it much easier to succeed! The ingredient is I.P.A. - Income Producing Activities.

It’s true… you can make a list of everyone you know who needs a better night’s sleep, or more “get it done” power or even a better income to make ends meet. But you have to contact them if you want to help them have a better life. You can buy one of those snazzy label machines and create spiffy labels for your file folders. But you have to take action to fill those folders with names of people you’ve followed up with to be able to change their lives and yours.

In other words, Income Producing Activities are the things that directly impact the income of your business, or the business of people on your team. Ordering sample packets indirectly affects income—creating a list indirectly affects income. But actually sharing the vision, sharing a sample and then following up is what directly produces income for you or a team member.

Build It Big

Need to do something simple and quick to get you on the path to Building Your Business Big? Then Acres of Diamonds, by Russell Conwell is for you! This super-short book demonstrates that the “impossible” is indeed, possible! Read it, then drop us a line at support@dynamaxx.com. Put “Acres of Diamonds, Greg” in the subject line. We’d love to know what you think about it!

Ask the Doctor

Q: Dear Dr. Carda, I’ve never heard of “neurotransmitter precursors.” Could you please give me a quick explanation on them, that I can share with prospective customers?

A: Dear Associate, Absolutely! A neurotransmitter precursor is basically a building block to create a neurotransmitter, such as serotonin. Our bodies need serotonin to feel happy, but we can’t simply put serotonin into a product and consume it. That’s because the serotonin would be broken down in our digestive system. But, we can consume the elements our bodies need to create serotonin. Those elements, once in our digestive system, are sent where they’re needed and used to create that essential neurotransmitter, and we’re able to feel happy. The DMX Appetite Control Capsules contain these essential building blocks called neurotransmitter precursors.

MAXX Spotlight - Nancy Archer

It’s no secret that Nancy Archer is founder Jay’s mom—but that isn’t the reason she and husband, Jim, became DynaMAXX Associates. “Proudly, we understood why he and Bill were starting DynaMAXX.  Both were extremely successful in another network marketing company, but after discovering that they and upper level management, and not their down lines, were making most of the money, they decided to correct this by starting their own company. This unselfishness is demonstrated daily in how they personally operate the company and assist associates.”

Nancy and Jim, who devoted their lives to helping others through education, are also excited about how DynaMAXX operates on a day-to-day basis, helping others. She and Jim have witnessed National Directors such as Tuck Trentham and Pam Ortiz, helping their team succeed. This has created a dynamic in her team that is exhilarating. “My secret weapons are my associates that are constantly there to encourage and help celebrate each of our victories!  Each of us is where we are because the team effort! Thanks, you guys are so special!”

Nancy and Jim are driven by the life-changing testimonies they hear, and by the determination to provide financial security for their grandchildren and the Associates they sponsor.

On the subject of those they sponsor, Nancy adds that one key to growing a team is enthusiasm. “Announcing when prospects are scheduled to join so the entire team can encourage those ‘sitting on the fence’ to sign up (will grow the team.)”

Another part of growing a team is being a positive example. Nancy plans to lead her team straight to the Dare to Dream trip to the Dominican Republic. She has already taken care of the first qualification, the five DMX Life Coaches’ Challenge kits, and is working on the other factors.

Her optimism is based in part on the fact that she is confident that the corporate team will do everything possible to empower her and her team to be a part of the very first rewards trip. “They always do everything they can to make us look good and do well!”

The Ground Floor Effect

Dr. John and Dustie Patty have busy lives. As a physician, Dr. John works long hours, and they are working together to raise their five children. They don’t have much free time, and the time they do have is precious.

So when Sandy Rickman called to introduce them to DynaMAXX, Dustie’s first answer was no, she didn’t have time to attend a meeting. Sandy immediately responded that she would come to the Patty home, because this business was ground floor. Dustie reluctantly agreed. But Dr. John’s response was very different.

“When I told John that Sandy wanted to introduce us to a ground floor network marketing opportunity, he asked me what I was waiting for,” Dustie laughs.

Dr. John adds, “A new, solid company in this industry has the potential to be a great business. Plus, I was already taking many supplements and vitamins to support my energy needs as a physician. I’ve discovered that now I only need to take Lights ON for my immune system, detox and energy levels. “

The Patty’s work their DynaMAXX business as a couple, combining each other their strengths for phenomenal results. “We feel like everyone is a potential customer or business partner—we talk to our friends, our patients, people at church. We tell them that the product is good for your immune system, and as a ground floor business, this has the potential to be a great opportunity for anyone who gets involved.”

The Patty’s are enthusiastic about another once-in-a-lifetime aspect of DynaMAXX, too: the National Launch in February.  “This is exciting, with enormous potential. We’re actually thinking of renting a bus to bring everyone we can!”

Accountants Know!

Cindy and Jay Decker are CPAs; understanding balance sheets is second nature to them. And it was Cindy’s keen understanding of revenue potential that caused her to do a “180” regarding starting her own direct selling business.

“I told my friend Claire Landers that I would go to a meeting to hear about DynaMAXX products, because I respect her knowledge as a scientist. But I told her right away that I wasn’t interested in doing a network marketing business.”

That is, until she heard Chenea Taylor mention that this is a ground floor opportunity. “That piqued my interest, and when I tried the products I loved them. Then, when I saw the comp plan, I literally thought that it had to be wrong. So much of the company’s revenue goes to the Associates!”

Cindy adds that it was the leadership that sealed the deal. “I’m an accountant. I don’t have an outgoing personality it takes to do sales. But, I do know people, and can introduce them to Chenea. She’s an incredible leader and has helped me succeed!”

“Lights ON is incredible product, I have more energy than ever before. I really believe it would be selfish of me not to share, so I’m sharing with as many people as I can. I’m not a salesperson, but I’m excited about the product, and that is important.”

When asked about the top factors in building her business, Cindy is candid. “I share the product rather than the opportunity. But once they try the product, I always follow up and I definitely use a 3 way call with Chenea so they are able to understand the opportunity from an expert point of view. Her third party validation has been a crucial element for my team.”

Cindy’s excitement has been building, as she anticipates being a part of the company’s launch in February. “I can’t wait to get to Dallas!” Don’t miss out on the excitement! You can join her by clicking here.

Name: Claire Landers

State: MO
Profession: Clinical Laboratory Scientist—Health Facilities Consultant for MO
Rank: Regional Director

Claire Landers wasn’t looking for another direct selling opportunity when she called long-time friend Chenea Taylor to have a chat. Her life was already full, with three grown children and older parents as well as a bevy of friends and a satisfying career.

“But honestly, Chenea had so much credibility with me, that her recommendation was enough. But then I tried Lights OFF and that sealed the deal. I’m a health professional—a scientist—and I was so worried about not sleeping that I would take a popular brand of ‘night time’ medicine even though it’s bad for the liver.”

This approach was unusual for Claire, who is interested in botanicals as a way to recover and maintain health. “I’m really passionate about natural health, because my father couldn’t enjoy his retirement because of declining health.”

Claire’s enthusiasm about DynaMAXX’s products is strong, but she’s equally excited about giving people the ability to dream. “My 26 year old daughter came with me to Super Saturday, and I was surprised to hear her say that she didn’t realize that she’d forgotten how to dream or even that she should dream! That (ability to dream) is something precious we have to offer.”

And this ability to help others through products and dreaming is always at the forefront of her thoughts. “I am mindful of the fact that God has given me a great responsibility to help people—but when I think about where this company is going and the blessings we’re going to give, It makes me thankful and humbled.”

Claire believes this opportunity is unique, even in the direct selling industry. “I’ve been involved with other companies before, but DynaMAXX is different. It’s not just that our compensation plan is so solid, or that the products are wonderful; but it’s also that Jay and Bill bring a special combination to this company. I was privileged to ride with Jay to a meeting, and he shared their story with me—it was very moving! And when Bill talks and his eyes light up, you know they’re a really special team in this industry.”

When asked about attending DynaMAXX’s National Launch, Claire is more than excited. “If you are serious, if you are truly serious about your DynaMAXX business, then you have to go to Dallas;  it’s not an option. This is a one-time opportunity. DynaMAXX will launch ONE TIME—that’s it. To be privileged to be a part of the history of this company is unbelievable!”

Strategies to Soar to the Top

There are some definite strategies that you can implement to help take your team to the top! Ready to hear how you can build a million dollar business? Then you need to be in on the exclusive leadership call Vice President of Sales Greg Petralia is hosting on Wednesday, December 9th at 12:00 CST.

This call is ONLY available to Executive rank and above, and YOU WANT THIS INFORMATION! DON’T MISS OUT! A special pin code will be sent to Associates of Executive rank and above.

Boost Your Business

You can boost your business today with one simple technique: share your results! That’s right! Simply turn to the person next to you and find out if they slept as well as you did last night! Or, if they have as much clarity, focus and energy as you have right now.

Lack of good sleep is epidemic in this country. In fact, it’s estimated that 60% of all doctor visits are related to stress, with a symptom of not sleeping well. YOU CAN HELP by suggesting they try Lights OFF.

Ask the Dr.

Q. Are the ingredients in Lights ON & Lights OFF really good for my brain?

A. Absolutely!

The neurotransmitters in our brain need to be regenerated on a regular basis. There are four main chemicals that are precursors to make up those neurotransmitters: norepinephrine, dopamine, GABA and serotonin.

The ingredients in Lights ON and Lights OFF offer all four of these precursor ingredients! Two help with creating a feeling of well-being and happiness (dopamine and serotonin) and two help with relaxing so you can focus even if there is a lot going on around you (GABA and norepinephrine.)

These ingredients are rich in what the brain needs to function at its best! Without this balance there can be insomnia, depression, less energy, a decrease sex drive and even feelings of hopelessness.  A  balanced brain helps maintain mental clarity and vitality. Feeding the brain daily with the ingredients in Lights ON and Lights OFF can help restore that balance.

Build it Big

As you become more, you attract more into your life. What are you becoming more of? More enthusiastic? More hopeful? More positive? Then those are the types of people you’ll find are wanting to talk to you! So, how do you do it?

One simple way to become “more” is to read personal development books—and if that sounds dull to you, then there’s GREAT news! There are a few excellent “PD” books that are written like novels—they tell a story rather than offer advice or “10 Steps on How to Do It.”

One of the best books you can read is The Richest Man in Babylon, by George S. Clason. This book is short, engaging and includes a perspective that can literally change your life. Vice President Greg Petralia, Jay Archer and Bill Ladwig highly recommend this brief book for Associates who want “More.”

Tip from the Top

Vice President Greg Petralia has been on the road recently with CoFounder Jay Archer. Their adventures, chronicled on video, were both amusing and uplifting. When asked for a Tip from the Top, Greg says firmly and enthusiastically, “Never put off ‘til tomorrow what you can do today!” And then he gets excited.

He grins. Share the product with someone today. Contact that friend or acquaintance now. Jot down a list of people you think need to de-stress and could use Lights OFF tonight. People want and need our products right now; help them out!

You can absolutely start building your business next month. But why wait? Is any reason really good enough to keep people from resting well this month? Is there any reason to delay giving them the help and the hope in this opportunity, that they are looking for right now? People need help today—share what you know and what you have so they can live a better life!

MAXX Spotlight

Description: Georgia.jpg

If it’s not fun, Georgia Phipps doesn’t want to do it. And she’s definitely building her DynaMAXX team. In fact, her enthusiasm for this business has been so contagious that in just 60 days she’s recruited Associates from 3 different states! Her secret?

Her secret is simple. “You have to talk to everyone.” And she’s not kidding. She flew into Dallas for the November Super Saturday, and got two of her Texas-based friends to meet her at the event. Of course, they both become Associates, but Georgia kept talking. On the way to the airport, her conversation with the limo driver led her to believe he would be interested in the opportunity, so she shared it with him. When she got back to Wyoming, he called her and now he is building his DynaMAXX business, too.

Georgia shared the opportunity with her sisters, Brenda Jackson and Gail Ludwig, and they’re part of her team now, also. But she says something that may surprise some. “I find that it’s easier to share the opportunity with strangers! I simply start the conversation talking about them. It’s easy to find out if they have lots of energy or need a good night’s sleep. Then, I tell them I’ll give them a free sample of the product they need, if they’ll give me their phone numbers so I can find out how they liked it.”

And Georgia uses that technique everywhere. “It’s important to find out about what people need; it’s really all about them. And I didn’t come up with that idea myself, author John Maxwell talks about it frequently. I love what he has to say, and it’s so true!”

One of Georgia’s favorite places to share her business is trade shows. “You’re not going to run into any prospects at the house! And it’s easy. I take a team member with me, to help, and I simply tell them to make the conversation all about the person you’re talking to. Compliment them on their outfit, or ask them if they’re just in town for the weekend. Really find out about them. Offer to let them have a free sample if they’ll let you follow up. Then, if they’re still interested, ask them if they like their jobs—and if they’ve ever wanted to work from home or try something that can make a difference in the lives of others.”

Georgia laughs and adds that if the trade show is a two day event, she usually sells quite a bit of product. “People come back the next day and say that they have to have some more of the product!”

Georgia is also a strong believer in making use of the built-in credibility of her upline. “I have my upline National Director, Pam Ortiz, coming to speak at a meeting I’m having next month. And she’s planning to do the same for another of my team members in Texas.” She makes an excellent point. While the people you know may not regard you as an expert in excellent business opportunities, they will recognize that your upline has already built a sizeable business and knows what he or she is talking about.

“And honestly,” Georgia says, “it’s all about the other person. Helping them get what they want; helping them get to where they want to go. In the end, that will help me, but it’s really about the people I want to help.”
